This triennial International Conference has the theme of “Emergence: Personal to Plenary” and will be held from July 12-16, 2026 at the Asilomar Conference Center, near Monterey, California. Co-sponsored by the Angels of the Angels, (who support those doing the work), the Reversion Directors, the Celestial Musicians, and the Conductors of Worship, IC26 will be an opportunity to deepen your connection with Our Father, recharge our spiritual batteries, grow in community, and be inspired by the seashore’s majesty. Note: The pre-conference retreat is sold out and conference hotel registrations are closed. You can still register as a commuter! |
We encourage you to preorder your IC26 apparel in advance. Please allow about two weeks for items to be delivered to your home. Only a limited selection will be available for sale at the conference. Get your IC26 swag at this link. Canvas bags and 12 oz hot/cold thermoses will be given as gifts to attendees at conference registration/check-in. We hope you’ll enjoy using them throughout the conference as refillable water, coffee, and tea bottles.
We welcome donations of higher-quality Urantia Book-related or spiritual goods for the attendee Give-Away. Whether you are a IC26 UB Gallery Vendor or not, you are invited to gift special prizes for your fellow UB students! As an example, these items have been donated by Cristina Seaborn: 2 Urantia Book Trivia games by Wally Ziglar, 3 DVDs of Bill Sadler Lectures, a CD set of the Life and Teachings of Jesus Book 3 by Uversa Press. Attendees will receive tickets at conference check-in, and winners will be chosen throughout the event. Conference Co-chairs Trudi and Aprilhelen will host an online Meet + Greet before the conference. Come ask questions, learn about what to expect at Asilomar, meet fellow attendees, and receive helpful guidance on connecting with new community members. 5:00 PM PT / 6:00 PM MT / 7:00 PM CT / 8:00 PM ET ![]() Wednesday night’s Gala will carry us back to the sparkle and style of the roaring 1920s, so pack your zoot suits, fedoras, pearls, fringe, and flapper dresses! All ages are welcome to dress up and join the fun. The Light and Life Band will keep the celebration going until 11:00 PM. And, of course, anything with a butterfly will beautifully echo our IC26 theme of Emergence. |

Comfort animals are not recognized by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) at Asliomar. Register your dog at geoffrey.theiss@urantiabook.org, ASAP, so that your room assignment can be made, placed within a service animal-friendly room. Service animals are NOT allowed in Merrill Hall. If you are bringing your service animal to Crocker Dining Hall, it must be confined to an enclosed carrier. When in public spaces, service animals must be on a leash. |

You can still register as a commuter! | Asilomar Conference Grounds, located on the Monterey Coast, offers a peaceful setting for educational and spiritual retreat. Designed in the Arts and Crafts style by architect Julia Morgan, Asilomar honors the natural beauty of its coastal surroundings. The nearby shoreline is part of Asilomar State Beach and Marine Preserve, where visitors may see harbor seals, sea otters, and other coastal wildlife. Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pacific Grove Butterfly Sanctuary, redwood forests, and many other beloved destinations are also within reach.
