International Conference 2026 (IC26)

Sunday, July 12–Thursday, July 16

EMERGENCE:
Personal to Planetary

Asilomar Conference Grounds

800 Asilomar Avenue, Pacific Grove, CA 93950 USA

The Urantia Book Fellowship is excited to host over 300 students, a third of them are relatively new to the global community.

This triennial International Conference has the theme of “Emergence: Personal to Plenary” and will be held from July 12-16, 2026 at the Asilomar Conference Center, near Monterey, California.

Co-sponsored by the Angels of the Angels, (who support those doing the work), the Reversion Directors, the Celestial Musicians, and the Conductors of Worship, IC26 will be an opportunity to deepen your connection with Our Father, recharge our spiritual batteries, grow in community, and be inspired by the seashore’s majesty.

Note: The pre-conference retreat is sold out and conference hotel registrations are closed.

You can still register as a commuter!

1920's Gala

Wednesday night’s Gala will carry us back to the sparkle and style of the roaring 1920s, so pack your zoot suits, fedoras, pearls, fringe, and flapper dresses!

All ages are welcome to dress up and join the fun. The Light and Life Band will keep the celebration going until 11:00 PM.

And, of course, anything with a butterfly will beautifully echo our IC26 theme of Emergence.

RIDE SHARE + TRANSPORTATION TIPS

TRANSPORTATION (Solo)

From San Jose Airport or San Francisco Airport, Groome Transport offers a shuttle service to Monterey. Check their website for times and pick up spots.

From the Groome station in Monterey is a taxi ride to Asilomar.  Odds are high you'll be commuting with other conference attendees so show your circles to make new friends and split the last mile fare.

From Monterey Airport, it looks like Uber/taxi is the best bet. If you find fellow travelers you can share the fee.

TRANSPORTATION (Ride Share)

Drivers please consider volunteering to pickup fellow attendees from either San Jose Airport or Monterey Airport.

Those hoping to ride-share will be coordinated as best as possible.

From Monterey Airport: we will send an email to folks in the same hour of travel and they can coordinate the last mile taxi.

From San Jose Airport: IF we get driver volunteers available during the window of your arrival we will contact you to coordinate pickup.

Driver volunteers and those hoping to ride-shareplease complete this form.

Asilomar Conference Grounds, located on the Monterey Coast, offers a peaceful setting for educational and spiritual retreat. Designed in the Arts and Crafts style by architect Julia Morgan, Asilomar honors the natural beauty of its coastal surroundings.

The nearby shoreline is part of Asilomar State Beach and Marine Preserve, where visitors may see harbor seals, sea otters, and other coastal wildlife. Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pacific Grove Butterfly Sanctuary, redwood forests, and many other beloved destinations are also within reach.

Asilomar is currently undergoing a $10 million rejuvenation, expected to be complete just before IC26 begins. We invite you to consider extending your stay and enjoying this sublime setting of sea, forest, fellowship, and worship in God’s outdoor cathedral.

In nearby Monterey you will find the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium, The Pacific Grove Butterfly Sanctuary, and just up the coast, Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park
