In this edition:
The received wisdom about Artificial Intelligence is that we ain’t seen nothing yet. The latest AI offering connected to The Urantia Book seems to bear that out: two relatable voices engage in smooth, easy-listening, AI-generated discussion to convey some of the essential concepts of each and every paper. It’s amazing to hear. On the other hand, the more traditional efforts at teaching the book are still very much alive and kicking, albeit with the aid of modern technology. We bring you news of a remote course for new readers starting next week—perhaps you can encourage friends or family to sign up. Meanwhile, what’s really needed to jump-start the Urantia movement’s outreach efforts are flesh-and-blood leaders working full-time on the mission, argues one guest writer. To end, commune restfully with the Father in a short worshipful prayer, the fruit of a three-way collaboration.
Do you think AI can help the Urantia movement in its mission of fostering cosmic consciousness and spiritual perception? Drop us an email at publications@urantiabook.org to contribute to the discussion.

AI Podcast on Every Paper
The Center for Unity has turned every paper in The Urantia Book into a podcast using NotebookLM, a new AI-powered product from Google Labs.
“These AI-assisted discussions serve as an excellent stepping stone for newcomers, offering a more accessible entry point to the complex concepts and spiritual insights presented in the Papers,” says Gabriel Rymberg, project manager at the Center for Unity.
The non-profit organization, already known for breaking new ground with its AskJesus Chatbot, strives to foster personal relationships with God through the teachings of Jesus.

Wanted: Full-Timers to Strengthen Outreach
Philip Calabrese asks why The Urantia Book is still largely unknown in the world today, 69 years after publication, and suggests the need for more people in the Urantia movement who would be dedicated to the mission full time. “What we need, I think, are more people who can become Urantian spiritual leaders—full-time spiritual workers like the apostles, not just mostly part-time disciples populating dwindling “societies” that struggle to attract enthusiastic members to our mission.”

A Prayer of Light and Divine Will Luis Morales (pen name Dipti Bhakti) wrote the words, Rebecca Oswald composed the music and Paula Thompson did the voiceover. It’s a beautiful prayer to the Father written on the occasion of the worldwide online Jesus Birthday celebration managed by Pablo Morales. And it’s on YouTube—accompanied by some great visuals—for your spiritual delight.
